Fast Domain is one of our favorite up and coming hosts. Not only are they a great host but they also just dropped their cost down to $3.95 a month making them one of the best deals on the web. They include lots of cool features like blogging support, ecommerce, Mambo, and Joomla. As with all our top ten they also have a great price and include a free domain name with your hosting so you can get started right away with perfecting your website business.

Cost/Value: Their price can't be beat for what they are offering.

Storage/Bandwidth: Unlimited.

Features: One of the most complete feature sets of the hosts we review.

Reliability: Excellent. No downtime or even slowdowns. Maybe we got really lucky and hit a new shared hosting box? Either way we were really happy.

Support: Really solid support team. If they can keep this up they'll likely be #1 soon.
